Procedure from library polybori.lib (see polybori_lib).

Usage:
boolean_ideal(Is[, rb]); Is Ideal, rb boolean ring

Return:
default: ideal Is in the representation of the boolean ring rb==boolean_poly_ring(basering); optional input: rb boolean ring
