We trac all documentation issues using this ticket owned by "somebody"; there are different documentation tasks: 1) docu for SINGULAR users 2) developers' reference 3) cookbooks 4) tutorials

ongoing tasks: 1) further improvements (content and tools for generation) 2) to be strongly improved based on doxygen 3) to be done (was input at MEGA2009, e.g. a cookbook for engineers: "How do I solve a system of polynomial equations with SINGULAR?") 4) see e.g., ​http://www.mathematik.uni-kl.de/ftp/pub/Math/Singular/doc/tutor.ps.gz
