Shouldn't ss=std(s) be the same as s=std(norid)?

fixed with revision 14093 (tests), 14090 (setting of properties of the ring), 14088 (degree in posInS must be compatible with ordering)

Yeah, looks strange indeed but both results seems to be correct. see my tests: all NFs are zeroes!
it seems to be a global ordering but a wild one - maybe that's what makes Singular go crazy.
