Description
commit b1b9e1f448aca273a22cb770fd8bde277e3e8a1d breaks the ability to run Singular out of the box without installing.
Providing a link to the LIB folder in '$(BUILD)/Singular/.libs/' fixes the issue. How this problem should be solved?
