Description
To ensure that every (new) user gets the general restrictions of Singular, add (in an automated way) a link to that list of general restrictions of Singular in every function documentation text of the online manual.
See for reasoning ticket #698, for example.
Remark: proper overflow detection is still a desired feature, since an intermediate computation may unintentionally violate Singular restrictions.
