Procedure from library classify2.lib (see classify2_lib).

Usage:
complexType(fl); fl Poly

Assume:
fl is a bivariate polynomial defining a curve singularity at (0,0) of modality and corank <=2. The ordering of the basering must be local.

Return:
A list with the complex type of fl and the modality.
