D.13.3.5 orbitCones

Procedure from library gitfan.lib (see gitfan_lib).

Usage:
orbitCones(AF, Q[, d]); AF: list of intvecs, Q: intmat, d: int

Purpose:
Returns the list consisting of all cones Q(gam0) where gam0 in AF. If the optional argument d is given then the function returns only the orbit cones of dimension at least d

Return:
a list of cones
