Purpose:
Numerical Algebraic Algorithm
Overview:
The library contains procedures to
test the inclusion, the equality of two ideals defined by polynomial systems, compute the degree of a pure i-dimensional component of an algebraic variety defined by a polynomial system,
compute the local dimension of an algebraic variety defined by a polynomial system at a point computed as an approximate value. The use of the library requires to install Bertini (http://www.nd.edu/~sommese/bertini).
