Procedure from library gitfan.lib (see gitfan_lib).
- Usage:
- bigintToBinary(n, r): n bigint, r int.
- Assume:
- n is smaller then 2^r.
- Return:
- an intvec, with entries the positions of 1 in the binary representation of n with r bits.
