Description
Hans says that the bigintmat type is essentially a matrix of "coefficients," where coefficients are in the sense of Singular-libpolys. This can be exposed as a new generic matrix type over coefficient domains in the interpreter. We need a syntax to declare the coefficient domain for such a type (coeffmat, nummat?).
