Procedure from library arr.lib (see arr_lib).

Usage:
multArrFromIntvec(arr A, intvec v);

Return:
[multarr] multiarrangement MA, which is the arrangement A with multiplicities v

Note:
the size of v must match the number of hyperplanes of the arrangement A

Example:
