Topic review - How to compute the Auslander-Bridger-transpose of a module?
Author Message
Post subject:  How to compute the Auslander-Bridger-transpose of a module?  Reply with quote
Dear Singular Forum,

let R:= S/I be the quotient of a power series ring S by an ideal I and let M be an R-module.

Is it possible to compute the Auslander-Bridger-transpose of M with Singular?

Using the manual I saw that it is possible to compute Hom_R(M,N), but how can one apply Hom_R(-,R) to the map g with Singular, when given a projective presentation P_1 --g-> P_0 --f-> M ---> 0 of M ?

Thanks for the help in advance.
