Procedure from library tateProdCplxNegGrad.lib (see tateProdCplxNegGrad_lib).

Usage:
strand(T,c,J)

Purpose:
compute the strand of T w.r.t. the set J and the vector c

Return:
subquotient complex of T which is the strand of T
