Procedure from library classify.lib (see classify_lib).

Usage:
basicinvariants(f); f = poly

Compute:
Compute basic invariants of f: an upper bound d for the determinacy, the milnor number mu and the corank c of f

Return:
intvec: d, mu, c

Example:
